Leave Britney Alone!
Look…. I know that Britney Spears isn’t the most earth shatteringly awesome singer in the world. But as a performer, she is usually on top of her game. Not to mention her House of Blues tour that she did earlier this year, if you have seen those performances you would think twice about saying things about her performances. I watched the VMA’s and I also thought that her performance was less than stellar. But accusing her of being on drugs and whatnot, without knowing the truth is plain ignorant. Almost as ignorant as Sarah Silverman’s crude comments about Britney and her children. I felt like I wanted to kill her. And no I’m not even a Britney “fan” but I do think that she is a great performer and that her music is pretty good… I especially like her new song with the Eurythmics cover of “Sweet Dreams”. Anyway, I think that we should give her a chance to show us the good stuff, like her previous VMA performances and her sold out tour performances. Just give her a chance!
